·         The customer will need to log into vector.anenta.com and raise a ticket. 

·         They will need to use their email address for the magic link. 

·         Once they are logged in, they will need to click on ‘how can I help’. 

·         The team will then action the ticket once received. 

·         All pharmacies should register with Anenta to ensure they have access to its services. This can be done here: https://vector.anenta.com/nhse_registrations
